Our story
We began as a small supper project for neighbors who wanted dinner without fuss. Early menus were local, spare and shaped by the seasons. Over time we documented technique, refined recipes and built relationships with a handful of farmers. The focus shifted from volume to craft: teaching one reliable method, then another. Today we run short, intensive workshops and bespoke one-time packages designed to transfer skill rather than spectacle.
That evolution—quiet, iterative and evidence-driven—shaped our offer: measured portions of learning, clear supply chains, and repeatable results that clients can rely on.
Practical technique
Each session focuses on 3 reproducible techniques you can use immediately in a home or professional kitchen.
Transparent sourcing
We document suppliers and offer an ingredient ledger so you can recreate the same flavor profile with confidence.
